Through guided instruction and supervised practice, students will gain hands-on experience using age-appropriate equipment while working on target accuracy and improving their skills each session. Coaches will emphasize safety, sportsmanship, and skill development, helping participants build a strong foundation in archery.
No prior experience is necessary. All equipment is provided, and the program is designed specifically for beginners who want to learn the sport and have fun trying something new.
By the end of the program, participants will have a basic understanding of archery techniques, range etiquette, and the confidence to continue developing their skills in the sport. 🏹
Intermediate Youth Archery (Grades 3–5)(Grades 6-8)
The Intermediate Youth Archery program is designed for participants who have completed a beginner archery program or have prior basic archery experience. This program builds on foundational skills and focuses on improving accuracy, consistency, and shooting technique.
Participants will continue to develop proper stance, anchor point, aiming, and release while learning more advanced skills such as shot consistency, distance adjustments, and scoring. Through structured practice and guided coaching, archers will work on refining their form and building confidence on the range.
Safety and sportsmanship remain a strong focus, while participants are encouraged to challenge themselves, set personal goals, and improve their overall performance. The program includes skill-building drills, target practice, and fun challenges that help archers grow their abilities in a supportive environment.
